The location is convenient, as it’s close to the railway station and local venues, which I found beneficial during my short overnight visit. The room was spacious enough for my needs, featuring a comfortable bed that allowed for a good night’s rest. I noticed some maintenance issues, particularly with the aging sink, which could use a replacement. Wi-Fi was available, and the common leisure room provided a cozy place to wind down. The snack bar was handy, allowing late-night munchies after a long day. What stood out to me were the staff; some were welcoming, while others seemed a bit unfocused amidst fire alarm drills that were a tad chaotic. While Grafton House may not offer flashy luxury, it certainly serves a practical purpose for travelers who want budget-friendly accommodations without too much fuss.
